There is something raw and powerful when you look upon a hairy bear. Their burly bodies, their swaths of body hair, their aura of masculinity - you just can't deny any of it. Bear Films is straightforward when it comes to telling you what it's all about. Bears are literally hanging from the rafters on this site, and they just want you to properly appreciate the manliness of it all.
Bear Films is obviously all bears, all the time, and the amount of bears that they throw at you can be a bit overwhelming on your first visit to the member's area. The updates every two - three days run down the center, while there's plenty to draw your attention on each sidebar. With so much action waiting for you, it's essential that Bear Films has a good enough navigation system to get you through everything. The main navigation bar covers your major options, and once you start clicking around you'll see things like cross referenced model names that will make this a snap to get around.
The action pics section called me first - there are 148 different sets in this section. There are 100 photos per set, and two different options for viewing.

You can go with your standard gallery browsing or choose to indulge in a flash slideshow. The pictures are a bit on the small side at 600x400, but they are digital stills instead of vidcaps and look very nice. The other photo section consists entirely of model pics. These are slightly smaller sets, but there are 403 different models posing for the camera in solo action. Finally there are event pics, which are candid shots of various festivals and gatherings. There are 105 of these in total. All three sections feature every manner of bear that you can imagine and then some.
They have a hefty amount of videos as well. There are 192 clips in total, most of them hardcore fuck fests between two equally hairy and manly bears. The one downfall of Bears Films is that these clips are streaming only, although it is nice that you get an option between Flash, WMV, and Quicktime. The player window is 480x360 and you can choose between 150kbps, 500 kbps and 1 mbps for the quality. Although I'm not a fan of streaming only video sites, the Flash quality and other formats are generally very nice looking.

Bear Films is not perfect by any means. The streaming only videos are a giant pain in the ass, even if they do look good. However, the site itself does the subject matter justice. These guys know what makes a bear sexy, and they find the hottest ones to show off.
